ROOR Downpipes

To ensure that you are selecting the right ROOR downpipe for your bong please ensure that you measure it correctly;

GAUGE

There are the two standard glass fitting sizes for replaceable glass parts, the hole in which the downstem sits will either be 14.5mm or 18.8mm across. This is the gauge measurement that is also applicable when buying a bowl.

STEM LENGTH

The ROOR downstem length is measured from the top of the misted section of glass to the bottom of the stem. If in doubt remember that a stem that is a bit short is better than one that is slightly too long, if the base of the stem touches the base of the bong the misted sections will not make an airtight connection.

(Please note that our non ROOR glass stems are measured from the bottom of the misted section to the base of the stem)

ROOR are an exceptional company making exceptional products that last ages, but we all have our moments of clumsiness. When that happens you may need a replacement for your bong.

The ROOR 250 uses a 14.5mm gauge 10.5cm stem.
